My name is Josim Howlader, and I’m the Office Assistant at VRC. I may work behind the scenes, but I’m proud to be part of the team that helps students move closer to their dreams of studying abroad. From organizing documents to making sure things run smoothly in the office, my job is to support both our staff and students every day. As an Office Assistant at VRC, I may not be the one giving counselling or processing visas, but I’ve learned that every role big or small plays a part in a student’s journey.
One moment that stuck with me was when a nervous student came in for the first time. I helped them with some paperwork and showed them where to go. Months later, they returned just to say thank you with a big smile and their visa in hand. That made me realize even the smallest support can make a big difference.
