My name is Manjura Akter Tumpa, and I’m a counsellor at VRC. Every day, I have the privilege of guiding students through one of the most important decisions of their lives choosing the right path for their education abroad.At VRC, we don’t just provide information, we listen, we understand, and we help students make informed choices based on their goals and passions. It’s incredibly rewarding to see students walk in with uncertainty and walk out with clarity and confidence. That’s the impact we strive to make every day. As a counsellor at VRC, I’ve come to realize that no students are the same. Each one comes with a different background, different dreams, and different challenges.
One experience that really stayed with me was working with a student who had average grades but big ambitions. Many had doubted their chances, but together, we explored the right options, built a strong application, and found a university that believed in them too. Today, that student is studying abroad and doing incredibly well.
It reminded me that sometimes, all a student needs is someone to believe in them and guide them in the right direction. At VRC, I’m grateful to be that guide and to play a small part in shaping brighter futures.
